REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unmarked and undamaged, in its original hardcover binding and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@thekalendly.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. Because of the size and weight of this item, we recommend keeping the original box for any return.

2. Damages and Issues

Open your order and check it when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@thekalendly.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of both the item and the outer box.

Photos of the box matter for shipping damage claims, so please take them before discarding the packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We also cannot accept returns on any chart that has been written on, cut, mounted, laminated, or otherwise altered. Once you have hung it, framed it, or marked it, it is yours.

4. Gift Orders

If you received this as a gift and it is not right for you, contact us at support@thekalendly.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will work with you directly rather than sending you back to whoever purchased it.

5. European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.
